Boursin Cheese Copycat Recipe
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tsp Garlic, Minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried Basil
1/2 tsp dried Thyme
1/2 tsp dried Chives
1/2 tsp dried Parsley
1/4 tsp dried Tarragon
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip together until well combined and smooth. Serve at room temperature with fresh vegetables and/or crackers.
Use in your favourite recipes that call for Boursin cheese.
