Romaine lettuce, chopped
Pemegranate seeds
Pine nuts
Red onion, chopped
Feta cheese, crumbled
Dressing;
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine salad ingredients in a bowl.
Shake dressing ingredients together in a small jar and toss with salad.
