1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Drizzle olive oil
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
Pour immediately over coleslaw or refridgerate until needed.
