2 tsp sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp anchovy paste
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Kosher salt to taste
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
Mix all ingrediants and toss with romaine lettuce.
