2 dozen eggs, hard boiled and peeled
2 tsp pickling spice
1 large onion, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 tsp salt
2 quart jars
Sterilze jars and lids and pack with eggs.
Simmer all ingrediants except eggs in a saucepan over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes. Strain hot liquid and pour over eggs in jars.
Refridgerate several hours before serving.
