Pistachio Cheesecake

Pistachio Cheesecake

Crust:

1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup melted butter

Mix well and combine into a 9 x 13 pan. 

8 oz cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 cup milk
1 large tub cool whip
2 packages instant pistachio pudding mix

Combine cheese, sugar and 1/2 tub of cool whip together. Spread over crust. 

Mix pudding mixes and milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture. 

Top with remaining cool whip and refridgerate until ready to serve.
